Dr. Frank entered practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2007.  In Pennsylvania, she served on the Board of Visionworks of America as an Optometric Advisor.  She is a member of the American Optometric and Maine Optometric Associations.

In addition to providing comprehensive eye care, Dr. Frank has extensive experience with contact lenses, diagnoses and treats glaucoma, and cares for patients with Diabetes and Diabetic Retinopathy.  Dr. Frank believes in the power of patient education and the importance of early detection of eye disease for optimal health and well-being.

Dr. Frank practices at our Russell Street location and is accepting new patients.
